“When you put your home on the market, getting it ready to show is a normal part of the process,” said Shannon Musgrave of Keller Williams Advantage III Realty. “Ideally, that just means doing a little touch-up like fixing a nail hole here and there and generally keeping the house tidy so it's ready for buyers to look at.”
Occasionally, though, she sees homes that the owner wants to put up for sale, but the property has been neglected for an extended period of time and requires more extensive work to get ready. And in some of those cases, simply keeping the house clean by using a service such as Koskey’s Virtuous Cleaning would have made a huge difference.
